Rules
To ensure fair and consistent play, all participants must follow the policies below:
Paddle Standards: All players must use USA Pickleball-approved paddles. No unapproved or modified paddles will be allowed in tournament play.
Official Ball: We will provide the approved tournament pickleballs. Outside balls are not permitted for match play.
Start Times: All games must begin at the scheduled time.
⏱️ If you or your team are not present and ready to play at start time, it will result in an automatic forfeit.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
If you need to cancel more than one week before the event, please contact us directly to request a refund or transfer your spot to another player.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us cover event costs and honor our commitment to the benefiting charity.
