Description
Expect a day full of fun, camaraderie, and competition, enhanced by great music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks—all available for purchase under our sponsor tent. Each player will receive complimentary bottled water and a ditty bag included with their entry fee.
Most importantly, this tournament is for a cause that truly matters. All proceeds will benefit BC Unity and their mission to support individuals and families battling cancer. Every entry fee and donation is 100% tax deductible, directly contributing to this life-changing work.

Rules
Tournament Rules
Ball in Play: All matches will be played using the Selkirk Pro S1 ball.
Round Robin Format:
Matches during round robin play will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 1.
Bracket Play:
Single elimination bracket matches will be best 2 out of 3 games, win by 2.
Governing Rules:
All matches will be played under standard USAP (USA Pickleball) rules and regulations.
Paddle Requirements:
Only paddles approved by USA Pickleball will be allowed for tournament play. Players may be asked to present their paddle for inspection if necessary.
Please respect the rules and your fellow competitors to help us maintain a fair, safe, and fun tournament environment.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as fair and accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Full Refunds:
Cancellations made on or before May 10th will receive a full refund of the entry fee.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between May 11th and May 15th will be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee.
No Refunds:
Cancellations made after May 15th, or no-shows on the day of the tournament, will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather Policy:
This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to adjust the schedule or format to allow for as much play as possible. However, no refunds will be issued due to weather-related disruptions.
Donation Acknowledgment:
As this is a nonprofit event benefiting BC Unity, all fees and donations are tax deductible. In the event of cancellation, you may request a tax donation receipt in lieu of a refund.
