Format: Set Partner Pool Play + Single Elimination Bracket
Price: $45.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)
Description
This tournament is designed to be competitive , but friendly. We encourage players to meet and network with players from the other teams in their pool. This is also designed to be a fundraiser for Living Oak Ventures which is an IRS approved 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Living Oak is raising funds to complete their Adrenaline Bible app upgrade to include AI search capability. This exciting opportunity will promote increased knowledge and insights into God's Word. You can check out the current version here.

There will be a guest speaker who will be sharing about their Christian faith during the break. In addition, there will be a representative from Living Oak Ventures to share about the organization's vision.

Rules
We will use USAPA rules. (USAPA.ORG)
Round Robin games will be first to 11.
Championship games will be the 1st and 2nd seed in round robin. Games will be first to 11, win by 2, no cap.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
There are no cancellations after 5/24/2025. If by chance it rains heavily on the date of the tournament, the tournament will be postponed. Once an alternate date has been selected, you will have an option of securing your spot or releasing your spot.
