Format: Rotating Partner Round Robin

Description
This tournament is hosted and benefits The Heart Touch Project non-profit which serves medically fragile children and adults in hospice, www.hearttouch.org.
We welcome players of all ages. Players will check-in by 2pm on the day and also sign typical medical tournament waivers. Each player will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag for participating made available by sponsors. Players will also be able to take advantage of the free professional Heart Touch massage therapists who will be onsite. The tournament games will run from 2:30-5:30pm with courts available from 2:00-6:00pm. The Club will supply playing balls. Club Osa has four high-quality playing surfaces and nets which will be split across the two divisions. Two divisions will be set up for beginner/intermediate up to DUPR 3.5 and for advanced players DUPR over 3.5, limited to 20 players per division. To promote networking and sharing experiences across all our player donors, the format will be a "scramble" round robin with different male/female players randomly assigned for each game. Players will get a chance to team with at least 4 other players and play at least 4 games. The top 4 players from each division will be selected for a finals game.
Each game will be managed using the SWISH app. Points from each game will be self-reported. In face, team assignments, player scores, standings, next games, etc will be available real-time on the SWISH app. Standings will be based on your points from each game with the players with the most cumulative points topping the leader board.
We plan to have water and snacks and vendors available onsite. Further details to be published as the event date approaches.

Rules
Each game is first to 11 points, win by 1 point. Players are to record their own score in the SWISH app. We are playing by standard USAPickleball.org rules.
