Rating System Used: 1st DUPR, 2nd Self Rating (Results will be submitted to DUPR)
Pool play following a single elimination bracket, best 2 out of 3.
WINNERS OF ALL DIVISIONS WILL RECEIVE MEDALS
- 1st will receive Gold medal
-2nd will receive Silver medal
-3rd will receive Bronze medal.
NOTE: 3rd and 4th will play for bronze medal.
All games will be played Saturday, May 10th.
-MXD start time around 9 am
-WD and MD start time around 12-1pm

- Select division(s) you want to play in
- Hit "checkout"
- Pay
*It will make the first partner signing up put in the second partners info and make you pay for both partners. Please coordinate accordingly with partners*
Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by age or skill on any day.
Saturday's Events WILL BE combined by skill if there are not enough teams in either bracket. Medals will NOT be separated out on Saturday events if brackets are combined.
A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partners are PAID IN FULL!!!!!
It is your responsibility to make sure your partner registers. All players need to register on their own.
Start times and additional information about tournament will be sent to your email a week before the tournament.
T-Shirts will be included for registration costs, every player will receive a T-shirt during check in.
We will be using the Swish App to run this tournament smoothly.

Paddles must be USA Pickleball Approved
Tournament Director has the authority to dismiss any players causing misdemeanor or destructive behavior. Please play competitively with respect for others.
All participants and spectators must sign the Summit Athletic Club waiver before entering premises.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
-Cancellation/Refunds are available up until May 6th, 11:59 pm.
-If a substitute is needed that player will need to pay their own fees and the withdrawn player will be refunded. The software does not allow us to transfer funds to another player.
-Refunds may take up to 20 business days to process.
-All refunds will need to be sent via email for approval.
-30 minutes of being late to tournament will result in termination.
If weather is a factor, tournament will be rescheduled. Players who do not wish to participate on new date if this occurs will receive a refund.
