Format: Set Partner Round Robin
Price: CAD20.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)
Description
There are only 6 teams per bracket due to number of courts and time. A wait list will be kept for each bracket in case some brackets do not have enough for a tournament. Other brackets may be expanded in this case.
Prizes will be dependent on the number of entries received.
Proceeds will go to Soo PIckleball to help pay for future events.
Rules
All players must be registered members of Pickleball Canada for insurance coverage. This is a DUPR tournament and all participants must have a DUPR ID.
USAPA Rules will be used for the tournament. Each game will be played to 11 points, win by one point.. The SWISH app will be used for payment and a $5 CDN SWISH administration fee will be charge at checkout. This fee is non-refundable and is a one-time per player fee. If you play in multiple events you will only be charge the administration fee once. Semi-final play and final play will be organized based on the number of participants.
Tournament balls will be provided.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Inclement weather causing a cancellation will lead to a re-scheduling of the tournament. No refunds for cancellations by players on the day of the tournament.
