Description

Player Gifts:
All players will receive a tournament shirt.

Schedule of Play:
Saturday, May 3rd – Men’s and Women’s Doubles 2.5 through 4.0 divisions will start at 9:00 a.m. Men’s and Women’s Open Doubles divisions will start at 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 4th – All Mixed Doubles divisions will start at 9:00 a.m.

Awards:
All divisions will award medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
******* In addition to medals, CASH prizes will be given in the Open Doubles Divisions Only*******
The first-place team in each division will receive $500. The second-place team in each division will receive $250. The third-place team in each division will receive $150. This includes Men's Open Doubles, Women's Open Doubles, and Mixed Open Doubles.

Balls:
Franklin X-40 balls will be used for all tournament matches.

Food:
A food truck will be on site during the event on Saturday, May 3rd. Lunch maybe purchased from them without needed to leave to tournament venue. Light refreshments will also be provided by the tournament.

Rules

Format:
Round robin will be used for each division. After the round robin portion, the top two teams will play a match to determine the gold and silver medals. The 3rd and 4th ranked team will play a match to determine the bronze medal. Round Robin matches will be one games to 11 points win by 2. If a bracket has less than 5 teams an alternative format will be used. It is required that each player have a DUPR account. Match scores will be submitted into DUPR following the event.

Eligibility:
Each team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player or higher if they choose. Players are only allowed to play in one rated division of men's or women's doubles, one open division of men's or women's doubles, and one mixed doubles division.

Officiating:
A tournament official will be on site to answer any rules questions that arise. It will be up to the players to keep their own scores and call their own lines for all divisions including the open divisions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is on April 27th.
