Format: Set Partner Round Robin
Price: $50.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)
Description
This is a fixed doubles round robin format. Our goal is 8 teams in each division playing approximately 7 games each. Divisions may be added or deleted based on enrollment. We reserve the right to combine events based on enrollment. All participants must have a phone and the Swish app downloaded to their phone or other device. 1st 100 players to register will receive a free drawstring backpack.
** Opportunity Drawing (raffle) $5 a ticket or 5 for $20. There will be numerous fun items to choose from. Raffle drawing to be held after last division finishes Sunday February 16. You do not need to be present to win!
Rules
Games will be played to 11 win by 1. Teams switch sides at 6. All games will be 15 minutes. Players will be refereeing their own games, if there are any disputes please replay point. One player from the winning team will be inputting scores to the swish app. Winning teams will be determined by wins first, then total points and if needed head to head games. Medals given to top 3 teams in each bracket after each division finishes.
PLAYERS MAY ONLY REGISTER FOR 2 DIVISIONS
*** Scores this tournament will not be reported to DUPR or any other rating system. This is not a sanctioned tournament.
—Even though this is not a “DUPR” rated tournament, we will be using DUPR as a guide to prevent players from sandbagging. Please be sure you are playing within your DUPR range.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
You must withdraw for a full refund minus processing fee, no later than February 7, 2025. All withdrawals received on or before February 7, 2025 will be processed after February 16, 2025(the conclusion of the tournament)
Cancellation requests made after February 7, 2025 will no be refunded.
