Description
100% of the entry fee and 10% of the food and beverage sold will be donated to: Samaritan's Purse - Samaritan’s Purse is responding across a broad expanse from Florida to Georgia and into the rugged mountains of western North Carolina and far eastern Tennessee where communities were decimated and cut off after flooding and landslides from Hurricane Helene. Let's give to a great cause and help these communities out!

In conjunction with Summerville Fire Department, we will also be a drop off point for water, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, diapers, formula and toiletries.

Rules
USAP Rules apply. Round Robin format. Gender Doubles (if you want to play mixed you must sign up in the mens division). Games to 11 win by 2.
Skill level used to determine which level events you can play in will be based on DUPR rating. No exceptions.
Players may play in a skill level higher than their rating.
Players may not play in a skill level that is lower than their rating.
Players above 50 years of age may play in the "50+" bracket or the "any age" bracket.
Players below the age of 50 may not play in the "50+"
Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in a given event.
All players should check in at least 30 minutes before their bracket is scheduled to begin. Brackets start times may be adjusted by the Tournament Director at their discretion.
Players, please make sure your email is entered correctly during registration as communications leading up to the event will be done this way. Brackets will be available upon check-in on the day of your event. Start times will be communicated in the week leading up to the event.
WAIVER: By signing up for this tournament, you are agreeing to the included Waiver
NO outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought in. The Pickle Bar is a full restaurant and bar, please remember that 10% of all food and beverage sales on November 10th will be donated as well. No medals or t-shirts will be given in order to donate as much as possible.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will make all attempts possible to play matches. This may require modified formats and/or delays. Since this is a FUNDRAISER there will NOT be any refunds of any sort. There will not be a make up date if weather impacts play.
No indoor backup plan in place for this tournament.
