Description
You’re likely familiar with the Swish App by now – but if you’re not, no worries! A link to a video (tinyurl.com/Swish-Setup) that will help you get started and set up on app has been emailed to everyone. Please be sure that you have done this before Saturday.
Once you arrive, just grab your phone, scan a QR code, and voilà—you’re in the game complete with court assignment! You’ll find these handy QR codes scattered around the check-in table and on signs throughout the venue. In fact, you can skip the registration line and go straight to your assigned courts(below) where QR codes will be posted. Be sure to say hello to court monitor so they know you’re all geared up to play!
If you’re a bit unsure about using the app, no problem at all! There will be plenty of friendly faces available to help enter your scores for you.

Rules
Tournament Format:
-Round Robin: 8 teams per division, with each team playing 7 games.
-Format: First to 11, win by 1.
-Switch Sides: Teams will switch sides at 6 points.
-Serve First: The "top" team on the Swish app serves first.
-Time Outs: One minute timeout per team per game
Rankings: The Swish app ranks teams based on wins/loss with ties broken by head-to-head results and point differential.
Pricing:
-Entry Fees: $40 pp for 1 event / $55 pp for 2 events.
-Member Discount: Seal Beach Pickleball Members receive $10 off with a code emailed to all members.
-Swish Admin Fee: An additional $5.00 fee will be added at checkout.
Facility:
-Courts: 16 permanent courts with permanent nets.
-Clubhouse: Enjoy our newly remodeled, air-conditioned clubhouse.
Additional Details:
-Balls: Franklin X Balls will be used for the tournament.
-Snacks and water will be provided.
-Parking is free!
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds are available until September 17th. To ensure everyone has a great time, if you need to cancel after that date, we’d love your help finding a sub. If we can find one, we’ll gladly refund your fees. The $5.00 Swish Fee is not refundable after that date.
