1st Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass Pickleball Tournament
Join us for a fun-filled day of competition while supporting the youth of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass! Whether you're competing for a championship or simply enjoying a great day of pickleball, every registration helps provide life-changing programs for local youth.
Tournament Details
- Saturday, July 25, 2026
- Play begins at 9:00 AM
- Westgate Tennis Center, Dothan, Alabama
- 10 outdoor pickleball courts
- Round Robin format
- Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men's Singles, and Women's Singles
- Age divisions: 18–39 and 40+
Registration
- Early Bird: $40 per player through July 3
- Standard Registration: $50 per player
- Registration closes July 20 (or whatever date you choose)
Awards will be presented to the top finishers in each division. Food trucks, concessions, vendors, and raffle opportunities will be available throughout the day.
100% of tournament proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass and help provide life-changing programs for local youth. Thank you for supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass. Every match makes a difference!
Rules
- USA Pickleball rules will govern play unless otherwise noted.
- All matches will be played in a Round Robin format.
- Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.
- Players are responsible for bringing their own paddle.
- Tournament balls will be provided.
- Appropriate court shoes are required.
- Divisions may be combined if registration numbers are low.
- The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust schedules and formats as necessary.
- No refunds after the registration deadline unless the tournament is canceled.
- Play will proceed rain or shine if conditions permit. Any weather-related schedule changes will be communicated promptly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including player withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, injury, illness, or failure to attend.
If a division does not receive enough participants, the tournament committee reserves the right to combine divisions or modify the tournament format.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass reserves the right to adjust schedules, start times, and formats as necessary to ensure the successful operation of the tournament.
In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the tournament organizers, every effort will be made to complete the tournament. If the tournament cannot be completed, registration fees will not be refunded.
